Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains the personal information collected through the Speed Print Scenery email signup and contact address. The signup currently collects details for future email updates. Newsletter delivery has not yet been configured.

Email signup

The signup invitation is: “Join the Speed Print Scenery list for terrain-printing methods, batching and production ideas.” To join, you provide an email address and explicitly accept: “I agree to receive email updates from Speed Print Scenery.”

The signup module stores your email address, a hash used to identify duplicate signups, the signup time, the page path where you signed up, the consent wording you accepted, and the record’s collection status. The stored page path does not include query strings or page fragments.

Signup records remain in the site’s WordPress database until an authorized administrator removes them or an erasure request is processed. Temporary anti-spam rate records use hashed network identifiers and are periodically cleaned up.

Contact messages

You can contact Speed Print Scenery at contact@speedprintscenery.com. A message sent to this address includes your sender address, the message itself, and any attachments you choose to provide. This information is used to handle your request.

If you are asking about a signup record, include the email address used on the signup form. Please do not send extra personal information that is not needed to identify or handle your request.

Access to signup records

Authorized WordPress administrators can view, export, and remove signup records. Newsletter information is also included in the WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools.

Websites linked from Speed Print Scenery maintain their own privacy information and data-handling practices. Review the relevant privacy information before submitting personal details to another website.

Your choices

You may email contact@speedprintscenery.com to ask whether a signup record is associated with your email address, request a copy of that record, or request its removal. Identify the email address you used to sign up so the relevant record can be located.

The current setup collects signups for future updates. Newsletter delivery, confirmation messages, and unsubscribe features require separate configuration and are not part of the present collection setup.
